Here are a couple of pictures of him warming up with his teammates.
Here he is with Coach Gray (in the white shirt) stretching before the long jump. She said that he did pretty well for his first meet as a freshman.
He got 8th place - jumping about a 20' jump!
The last event for him was the 400 meters. He was second in his heat. He ran about a 50-something and still placed 8th overall.
